CHURCHILL

Big Ben strikes 13! A magical hour, when the ten statues of great statesmen in Parliament Square, London, England, come to life. Winston Churchill wakes and descends from his plinth to indulge in his favourite pastimes; a glass of scotch, a cigar and his favourite pastime; listening to himself talk.

He talks of his childhood, his parents, his education, his marriage, his painting, writing and his bricklaying. And of course, he talks of his many years at the centre of the world political stage, especially during two world wars.

“More laughs than many stand-up comics”
